Shipping Policy

At Nootan Tea Store, we are committed to delivering fresh, premium-quality tea products safely and on time. Please read our shipping policy carefully before placing an order.
1. Order Processing
- Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation or successful order placement.
- Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
- Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email or SMS with tracking details.
2. Shipping Coverage
We currently deliver across most serviceable locations in India through our trusted courier partners.
If your PIN code is not serviceable, we will inform you promptly and issue a refund (if payment has already been received).
3. Estimated Delivery Time

Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to weather conditions, courier delays, festivals, strikes, or other unforeseen circumstances.
4. Shipping Charges
- Shipping charges (if applicable) are displayed during checkout before payment.
- Free shipping may be available during promotional offers or on eligible orders.
5. Order Tracking
After dispatch, customers will receive tracking details via Email and/or SMS. You can track your shipment using the tracking number provided.
6. Delivery Attempts
- Courier partners will attempt delivery as per their standard delivery policy.
- If the customer is unavailable or provides an incorrect address, additional delivery charges may apply for re-shipment.
7. Incorrect Shipping Address
Customers are requested to provide accurate shipping information including full address, PIN code, and mobile number. Nootan Tea Store shall not be responsible for delays or failed deliveries due to incorrect information provided by the customer.
8. Damaged or Missing Products
If your package arrives damaged or any product is missing, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:
- Your Order Number
- Photographs of the package
- Photographs of the damaged product (if applicable)
Our support team will investigate and provide a suitable resolution as quickly as possible.
9. Cash on Delivery (COD)
Cash on Delivery (COD) is available only for selected serviceable PIN codes. We reserve the right to disable COD for certain locations, products, or order values.
