At Nootan Tea, customer satisfaction is our priority. We are committed to delivering fresh, high-quality tea products. If you experience any issues with your order, please review our refund policy below.


1. Eligibility for Refund

Refunds may be approved under the following circumstances:

  • You receive a damaged or defective product.
  • You receive the wrong product.
  • Your order is cancelled before shipment.
  • Your prepaid order cannot be delivered due to serviceability issues.

2. Non-Refundable Items

Due to the nature of food products, refunds or returns cannot be accepted in the following cases:

  • The product has been opened or used.
  • The product is returned due to a change of mind.
  • The product was delivered successfully without any damage.
  • Incorrect shipping information was provided by the customer.

3. Damaged or Incorrect Products

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Please include:

  • Your Order Number
  • Photos of the product
  • Photos of the package
  • A brief description of the issue

Our support team will review your request and provide an appropriate resolution.


4. Cancellation Refunds

  • Orders cancelled before shipment are eligible for a full refund.
  • Orders cannot be cancelled once they have been dispatched.

5. Refund Process

  • Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method.
  • Refunds are generally processed within 5–7 business days after approval.
  • The time taken for the refunded amount to reflect in your account depends on your bank or payment provider.

6. Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders

For eligible Cash on Delivery orders, approved refunds will be processed through bank transfer or any other mutually agreed payment method after verification.


7. Failed or Duplicate Payments

  • If your payment is deducted but the order is not confirmed, please contact us immediately.
  • Duplicate payments, if any, will be refunded after verification.

8. Our Rights

Nootan Tea reserves the right to approve or reject any refund request after reviewing the details provided. Fraudulent or abusive refund requests may be declined.
